My Mantra

In a bid to kick negative thoughts, fear, and anxiety out from my mind I have developed a little mantra that I try to keep on repeat. It goes something like this and I encourage you to steal what you like.

I am strong as a horse. My body is strong. My mind is strong.

My children are strong. I love my children. No one can take them away.

I am strong. My body is strong. My mind is strong.

I can handle anything. I can handle anything.

I’ve been through worse. And I’m strong as a horse. Strong as a horse.

I'm just a skinny girl with a lot of hair and a couple of stories. I'm 26, married, and have two very active, sparkly-eyed babies. My mother lives with me so I've got my best ally and source of wisdom here, too. Everything I do is for my family. We like to garden, paint, start projects, read, and watch a little bit of Netflix. Though I've abandoned my degree three times in two different states (yes, I said three times), I have listened and watched and picked up a couple of tips.   1. Very positive, the right things to say to yourself! Great post! A long time ago I did away with some words from my vocabulary, like anxiety and stress…things are just what they are, there’s no need to label them…I really admire your positive outlook, attitude and strength!
